Links to mobile stores (App Store and Google Play) not showing store image

When I tweet a link to a mobile store to download our app, no image is shown.
This happens for iOS App Store and Google Play.
For the Google Play link, when tweeted:

I just opened both of those Tweets on twitter.com and they both show images.
