Link doesn't show card in tweet but works in validator

Description of issue:
When I tweet the link it does not show a card, but when I check the link in validator it seems fine. Site is whitelisted, all troubleshooting steps followed…

I’ve just Tweeted that link from a test account and it appears to render a card just fine.

thanks @andypiper that link works for me now as well, but I just did a new link - https://embershot.com/c/EEDFME/F940A3CA - and that did not create a card. Is there some requirement that the link be in twitter somewhere else for some amount of time before it will make a card?
