I try to build an Machine Learning Application with Tweets. So I will use the Twitter Streaming API to collect some tweets.
Now I have the following two questions:
- If I want to publish my application, which license do I have to choose?
- If I want to publish the results, are there also special license restrictions?
I already read the Developer Agreement and Policy but I did not find anything concrete about publishing and licensing.
