Hello, I want embed the tweets on my homepage, this URL returns me a Bad Authentication data , code:215

I am having the same issues. I am wondering how I am supposed to “Authenticate” in order to display my tweets on my website. I am of course using a template that someone else created, and trying to use the Twitter plug-in that they have. Here is the code:
