Large Summary Card tag used, regular Summary Card showing

I am using the summary_large_image type on my site:

SE First Nations, Inuit & Métis Program

The example on the docs for the ‘Summary with large image’ is using a photo that’s 600x330, so I made my photo the same size.

When I run a test in the card validator, it shows me the regular summary card with a small square for an image, but my image doesn’t actually load:

Not sure what I am doing wrong here, any help is greatly appreciated!

The robots.txt file blocks access to the image location.
