Hello,

I did create a non-resumeable compliance job, with the value users, with API V2 as indicated in the documentation. I successfully pushed data into the job. I’m using the python code given by twitter.

My problem is that the job is still “in_progress” while the download date already expired since a week ago. I think the problem is due to the data I pushed into the job. I looked for a way to shut down/kill/interrupt the job but I found nothing on this forum or in the documentation or in the web in general. Right now, I am stuck in my work because my job does not expire and I cannot create a new one for “users”.

So my question is the following : how can I kill a compliance job that is still “in_progress”?

Thanks for reaching out here. I got in touch with our engineering team and filed a ticket to get your job unstuck and fix the bug that might have caused you to get in this state.

I’ll keep you updated as I hear more here.

Your job should now be unstuck. Can you confirm? We are currently looking into what may have caused this.
