Well that is because you have reach limit of the code execution of that particular task. so what i will suggest is refresh twitter and start execution of your program line by line. and remove any data for while that you have fetched form twitter. and then add it again. that way it will work.
remember if you have fetch or upload status then dont execute that same task again. that will cause same error again…
