Issues embedding Tweets/Vines on Squarespace

I frequently embed tweets and Vines on my website, hosted by Squarespace. Yesterday afternoon, all tweets and Vines embedded using embed code started showing up with the following error message:

Pasting the tweet URL instead of the full embed code works, but loses some functionality (i.e. centering the tweet on the page). Other Twitter-related embedded content, like “Share” buttons, also show this same error. Any idea what’s happening here? Much appreciated!

Have you already filed a support ticket with Squarespace with each case where the interface did not meet your expectations?

Yes, spoke with Squarespace support and they mentioned it may be related to a Twitter update, or even changes associated with shutting down Vine. They couldn’t help much because the embeds are from a third party.
