Issue with Tweet API with image attached?

Hello,
We receive today (much higher than normal) “connect timed out” from Twitter when we try to tweet with image.
According to Twitter status console everything is green. In addition, we did not modify relevant production code for several weeks.

Any idea why we receive this type of error (started 12 hours ago)?

You’re using the media upload endpoint and then statuses/update? Or the old and deprecated update with media endpoint?
