Issue with # in using share url or Web Intents

I am facing issue using tweeter intent or share url. If my text contains # then it posts string before # & omits rest of the sentence.

Guys, We can use %23 instead of # (hashtag) to get rid of not displaying # and omitting rest sentence issue with Share URL as well as Intent.
