Description of issue:
Was reading the documentation on App Card here and the example tweet from Jason Stark doesn’t seem to work. When I clicked on the image, it took me to just a summary card instead of an App Card. I also tried building a basic html with all the meta tags that were shown on the doc but it’s just showing a summary card. So I was wondering if the App Card is no longer supported? If it’s still supported, can you show some tweet that has the App Card supported or update the current documentation?

However, I noticed that the App Card displays differently in Twitter Web App and native Twitter iOS/macOS app.
