We have cricket sports application on android and iOS.

1. Is to okay to store some match related tweets in server and show it
   in app with different style?
2. And we offer cricket data via API for
   our clients, is it okay to give tweets related a particular match in
   our API response?

1. I’m not sure what you mean by “different style” but you should make sure that you conform to our Display Guidelines.

2. Giving out tweets via your API would go against §I.4.i of the Rules of the Road. Instead your API could offer the IDs of related tweets, and your clients could use the Twitter API to retrieve the tweets themselves.
