Is there anyway (paid or not), with API or without it, to obtain tweets from last year with a specific hashtag?

Hi,

I would like to know if there is anyway of obtaining tweets with specific hashtags from last year.
I know that with firehose you could obtain this information, is there any enterprise who can
sell the information I am interesting in? Or is there anyway the API can do that?
