Is there a webhook for when an authorized user is followed?

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if the Twitter REST API had a webhook option to receive a notification when an authorized user is followed?
e.g.

1. User connects account with my platform
2. User is followed by someone else
3. Webhook notifies my web application
