Is there a way to view another user's mentions?

Hi all,

Is there a way to view another user’s mentions timeline instead of just the auth’d user?

Use case is that I am building an application for internal use within my company to monitor our different twitter presences, so would need to be able to define the user who is being mentioned.

I guess it could be done by using search strings, but just wondering if there is a cleaner way to do it.

Any help much appreciated.

Streaming APIs and, yes, searching on the @username are your best bet.
