Is there a way to get the most active tweeters from the list of followers?

Hi All,

I was wondering if there was a way to get the most active tweeters, or get the sorted list of the “followers/ids” API by Max tweets by a user?

I have a site with about 500k followers, but not all of them tweet actively, so I was trying to implement a solution in which I can reduce some overhead (It is OK to lose some data), so was thinking of this approach.

Any inputs would be highly appreciated.
