Is there a way to filter crude content from a search?

My iOS app has been reject from the app store due to displaying “crude” content from Twitter.
For example, I’m currently displaying all trending topics in US and consequently, one of the trends today was “#humpday”

The search result from this topic then returned a “crude content” as you could image and Apple was quite discontent with it.
Instead of writing my own EULA and user agreements, is there a way to filter all crude content?

Not exactly sure this is everywhere in the API but when you parse tweets there’s usually a field labeled “possibly_sensitive”. When set to true it was flagged as sensitive and can be removed from the results you display.
