Is there a way to add multiple Tweet buttons on the same page and have their own Tweet Counts?
should I use query string with URL, blahblah.html?something=xx in data-url?

So is the goal to display the different counts of different URLS?

By default the button will display the share count of the current page the widget is loaded in. If you’d like to display the counts for different URLS, you can use the data-url attribute as your described above.
