Is there a type of Ad where a Ad tweet is given to app and make user tweet that Ad?

I am looking for a kind of ad where app gets ad from Twitter/MoPub and makes user to tweet that ad (basically a tweet).

If the user tweets it developer gets profit. Any help on this? Is it possible?
