Is there a subscription service from twitter to respond to a list of tweets

Hello Team,

I am having a list of tweets (details like id, screenname, post time etc are available). I am aware twitter4j API supports sending reply tweets to all users based on tweet id. I came to know that this approach has some limitations on the number of reply tweets per day from an account / automation / similar or duplicate replies etc.

Is there a subscription service from Twitter which supports automation of reply tweets for a large number of tweet id’s?
