I’m wondering the same thing. I can tweet without a photo, but if I attach a photo, I get a message that the tweet was saved to drafts. I’ve tried on different devices and uninstalled twitter on one device and re-installed. So I tried a different user account on the same device and was able to send the same photo. So is there a limit on how many photos you can tweet?
