Yes, there are some upper bounds to the number of widget instances an account can create. For profile, list, and custom timeline widgets you can re-use the same widget instance for many different contexts (different users, different timelines, etc.). If you’re mainly working with search widgets, you’ll need to use an additional account to create more.
