Hi , I tried with below URL for my UserStream connection but none of this work with me . please help how I can I follow list of user in UserStream .

You can use the follow parameter with statuses/filter.json on stream.twitter.com – are you using OAuth to connect? User Streams doesn’t support the follow parameter.
