We plan to use the fullarchive API to collect tweets. However, even with “Up to 2,500”, the number of tweets we want to collect may exceed the limit. Since some tweets can be collected with the 30-day API, we would like to use both APIs together. Is it possible to subscribe to both APIs for the same period of time?

Yes, the two subscriptions and the two rate limits are separate
