Is it possible to link a lead generation card to a "signup by twitter" action?

I am trying to see if when someone click on the lead generation card button on the bottom, it can trigger the signup process and how to do that.

Thanks for your response. We would like to create a lead generation card that would start the signup process on our site.

For example, I am a user, I see a company lead generation card on twitter with a “signup” button at the bottom. I click on “signup” and it leads me to the site and start my registration process as if I would have clicked on “signin by twitter” on the site of the company itself.

Its a bit complex to complain. Do you understand what we are trying to accomplish?
