I have a doubt, Is it possible to get the total number of my likes in the post of other Twitter users(friends)? (All the post that I have pressed like in a period of time).
What is the best way to do this? Is it possible?
No, this is not available in the API.

That will enable you to find a list of Tweet IDs faved / liked by a user but not a total count over all time of Tweets liked by one user of another user.
