We’re currently looking at building an external application. One of the features of the software would be to search for a users Twitter account from their website URL. I just had a few questions regarding this:
- Is it possible to return a users twitter handle by searching their domain name through the API ?
- Is there a limit on how many times you can search this API ?
- What are the costs for the API if there is a limit ?
I assume this wouldn’t violate any of Twitters policies and by the looks of it, we can do it by searching entities. I just wanted to make sure though so any help would be much appreciated!
