I’d like to set my tailored audience as a tagetable users list for my campaign using Twitter Realtime API.

In this account “18ce54j3o8d”,I have already created my campaign “9upmz” and I’d like to connect my audience “2eodu” to this existing campaing.
Does anyone has good idea?
Also,I’d like to know how to start and end the campaign.
Below is the reason why I’d like to try this way,you don’t have to read it if not interested in.
What I want to do is to target users who are updated daily using tailored audience.
I’ve been testing for quite a long time.
The test is like sending some idfas every morning to the same tailored audience to make it updated.
Actually I don’t want to “add” users to the audience,but I want to replace users of yesterday with users of today.
To do it,I adjusted effective_at and expires_at parameters for each idfa.
But we almost give up to target exact daily replaced users,because we got unexpected results constantly on the reports issued by SDK installed in our customer’s apps.
The result was like that so many reattributed conversion idfas seem not to be in the list of targetable users that we sent through Twitter API.
Almost 80% were out of our audience list.
I assumed that the idfas haven’t deleted even after the time of “expires_at” parameter.
Or some other idfas that are not related to our audiences have just joined in our targetable list maybe.
