One of our twitter access servers was blacklisted after we upgraded from the 1 to the 1.1 API.
We had a couple of bugs that manifested themselves in production that we did not notice immediately, by the time we did one of the servers had been blacklisted; we’ve since corrected them; the other server never was blacklisted, so we’re pretty confident that we’ve fixed things enough to not warrant a blacklist anymore on the first server.
