IP/Application Blocking

My windows application doesnt work anymore. i get 401 authentication errors. I was able to use the windows application on another network. My twitter application name is SwiftBlade. It appears my IP was blocked: 41.58.149.63. Please unblock it. How do i avoid being blocked in future?

If you’re getting HTTP-level errors your IP address is not blocked. I would recommend looking at the errors and debugging further.
