We have purchased your full-archive Premium package for our project “glyphosatesentiments” with my Developer account.

We started using your API on 8 November. We managed to download the first chunk of data up to 1.36k requests. Then, for the second chunk of data, we got an internet connection problem that aborted the session, making us lose 850 requests. We could not store the data as a consequence. The final chunk of data was retrieved a few days ago and it worked again.

As we are early-career researchers with limited funding, this would hit us quite hard to lose such a big amount of money/data. Could you please help us by giving us the opportunity to use the 850 requests lost because of this connection problem?
