Internal Error Code: 131 on Ad Groups

Used the API to put up a few campaigns a week ago. Went into the Ads UI in Twitter and noticed that when I attempted to pause any of the ad groups through the UI I received this error:

{“errors”:[{“message”:“Internal error”,“code”:131}]}

Wondering if someone has hit this before? It only occurs with campaigns I put up through the API. I am able to pause the campaign itself but not specific ad groups.
