Continuing the discussion from Ads API: Ads account not found when retrieving Media Library (500 Internal Server Error).
I am having the same issue as this old topic that doesn’t seem to have a resolution. I am able to call other endpoints in the sandbox environment successfully, using an ad account in the sandbox environment. I was able to upload one image successfully using the /1.1/media/upload.json endpoint, but when trying to add the returned media key to the media library of the sandbox ad account, I get the following response:

Is there any resolution to this issue?
This is a known issue and don’t have any updates. I’ll follow up with the engineering team to understand next steps.
Thank you for the reply. Is there any good way for one to be able to test creating elements that require entries in the media library (creating media creatives, cards using media, etc.) in the sandbox environment without being able to interact with the media library?
