I am looking to do an intent with a mention in the middle with a url. I am also looking to hastag it at the end. I cannot figure out how to use a mention without it being at the end of the tweet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of using the dedicated parameters for links and usernames, I would just provide that (percent encoded) text as the actual status for the intent:
