We applied to the Premium Search API but were denied with a “We are unable to serve your use case at this time.” We’re trying to understand the reasoning and figure out a way in which can change the way we intend to use Twitter to conform to Twitter’s expectations. We’d really appreciate any help we can get here.

Analysis: Analyze tweets to see if they mention crime, e.g. “petty theft” and have an associated geolocation
Displayed: Will be displayed only on aggregate as part of a heatmap. Row level data will NOT be presented in any way.
