Infinite loop at https://api.twitter.com/oauth/authenticate for app

Hi my app on authenticate is caught in an infinite loop after sign in ?

It never redirects.

I am using the http://www.phpclasses.org/package/7700-PHP-Authorize-and-access-APIs-using-OAuth.html to authorize my app

Please let me know what info I need to provide to get this fixed.
