When I try to get into the Twitter Ads Manager I keep getting this message:
“Your account is ineligible to participate in the Twitter Ads program.”
In the “Learn More” section, it says that I need to put in a support ticket to get it reviewed through the “Help Button” in the upper right-hand corner, but it’s not there.
Then when I try and open a support ticket in any of the other contact us areas, it’s not letting me hit the submit button.
Can I get a support ticket open so someone can review this account?

I’d suggest trying another browser, ensuring javascript is enabled, and disabling any ad blockers.
