Incorrect Twitter Username in Card Approval form

Hello,
I am trying to submit an approval request for *.westword.com for the Summary Large Image card, but the Website Twitter Username field is automatically populated with and outdated handle (@westwordculture) instead of our @DenverWestword handle. Can that be cleared? Thanks.

I just changed the default handle for the *.westword.com cards to @DenverWestword (The top page of westword.com did indeed link to @DenverWestword so that makes sense).

I am trying to approval request i did understand what is wrong is my username ,my gamil or URL etc is not correct ,what i might be do
