In version 1 api Is there any time limit window in async call like sync call?

Sync call has time bound limit of 15 minutes with 100 api hits.

What about Async call.

document says A maximum of 100 concurrent (queued or processing) asynchronous job queries are permitted per advertiser account.
Is there any time bound for this like 15 min?

No, the only limit is 100 concurrent queued jobs. Note that since queuing the jobs utilized your WRITE rate limit, the max number of jobs you could queue in 60 seconds is presently 300.
