Impressions downloaded via API do not match the impressions in the Twitter Platform


We need some assistance / guidance in regards to a discrepancy we have between the data we download from the Twitter API and the Twitter Platform.

Specifically, I am referring to:
Date: November 8th, 2017
Account: SAP
Campaign: NA_USCA_GBCEOSeries_2017_Q3Q4_CA_AO_SOC_Entrpreneurs_WebsiteCard_BRA_LB_TWI

On this day, the API gives us a total of 4699 impressions, while the platform displays 13,353. I have tracked this difference specifically to this Tweet which does not seem to be sent in the API data:
Devialet CEO, Quentin Sannié is revolutionizing the audio industry by running live with SAP. #runsimple

Can you help us figure out why we have this discrepancy? If needed we are happy to share the technical details on how me make the API call and get the data.

I understand the API does not support the “in stream video” data but this does not appear to be the case.
