I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried to validate my card and the validator and it says that my web is not whitelisted (arrentum.com) and after requesting approval it says ERROR: Card validation is failed. I don’t know what to do. Please help.

This is not valid. You need to specify a card TYPE here. Fix that, and then try validating again.
