Images not displaying on some pages

#1

Hi,

We have a web site under Drupal with a module who generate the meta for the twitter cards.

But it seem that on some pages the card don’t display the image (http://www.ictsd.org/bridges-news/bridges/news/global-steel-crisis-overshadows-us-china-annual-meet):

And on other pages it work (http://www.ictsd.org/bridges-news/bridges/news/un-climate-talks-in-bonn-push-forward-on-paris-pact)

At first, I thought it was due to the twitter cache so I wait for 7 days but the card stay the same.
I try:

But the card don’t display the image.

The robots.txt seem ok because some page work.
The images used are in the same folder and both are available.

If you have any idea why the image is not shown that will be great.

Thanks

M.

The image that is not displaying is 20Mb in size. I suspect this is the issue. For the page that is working, the image is ~3Mb. Try using more reasonable image sizes.

Hi there,

Sorry to jump on this thread. Was trying to create a new one but it keeps going to a 404 for some reason.

Anyway, having the same problem as the chap above. I’m now trying to determine the size of the image that Twitter is using for the card in case that is the problem, but can’t figure out which image it links to? Could you help? This is just one of the links from my site that doesn’t have the images showing up on the card:
