Image not showing on my Summary Twitter card?

For some reason the image for my summery Twitter card isn’t showing, any ideas?

I cannot see a twitter:image tag in your page, which is needed to show the image.

From the code I can see there is an image but I have also changed the text and it hasn’t changed.

Twitter must be reading the code from somewhere else.

Do you know where Twitter is reading the code from so I can change it?

I see the following in the source of your page:

<meta name="twitter:domain" content="Utopia Creative"/>
<meta name="twitter:creator" content="@utopia_creative"/>

There’s no twitter:img field so there’s no image in your card.

For some reason when I turn the plugin I have on my website that provides the Twitter card at the minute off, Twitter then says theres an error reading this Twitter card but why?

This is what I have in the header section of my website:

This is what Twitter says:

INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 14 metatags were found
ERROR: No card found (Card error)
