I'm getting validation in the tool, but a rejection email message - any help?

I’ve setup the meta tags in our Materials pages, and I’ve used the validator to make sure it’s working.
Sample URL is here http://lessonpix.com/materials/181422/Fluency+Strategy+Spinner

It looks great in the validator and there are no missing element.

But when I submit it, I get this message by email:

 "The URL you provided for lessonpix.com to use the summary_large_image card did not validate. Please make sure the page contains valid metadata, then reapply for a Twitter card."

Can anyone help?

The validator tool says everything is OK but as soon as we submit for approval, we get an email asking to reapply. In our case it’s a summary card.

Have you tried using a URL without the “+” characters ?
