If i change <meta name="twitter:app:url:ipad" content="THIS URL"> do I need to be approved again?

My app card is already approved, now I’d like to change the ID of the app and the URL (this new app is more relevant) do I need to go through the approval process again or will it eventually pick up the new details and use those on my app card?
