Identifying promoted tweets in my data

Is there a way for me to identify Promoted Tweets in my data?

For example, I might be running a search for a client who has a promoted tweet whose performance I want to compare against other promoted tweets. Is there a JSON field or similar that I can use to identify a Promoted Tweet or do I HAVE to know the exact text content for each tweet?

Did you already find the way to extract the text for an specific promoted tweet using the API? I haven’t found any call to get that information.

I would appreciate any hint on this, or else, I’ll open a new case.
