OK i want ask if there is any way we could Identify Fake Followers using API ?

most of the time People who create fake followers to sell them they create the accounts with Fake emails . so i thought it maybe Possible to know that if we know that user has Confirm the email or not

any other way or Idea ? thanks a lot
