why is my twitter layout there is still no change?

I have done almost everything to change to the new twitter layout. Every other account has been upgraded to new twitter but not my account. I have downloaded twitter for android and logged in using it. Still no change. Please if twitter can upgrade my account to new layout I will be very thankful.
