I am using C# .Net to connect to Twitter API.
I want to pull all the mentions and save them in my database.
Can you provide me the best method which I should use.

Does twitter provide realtime updates or webhooks?

I’m also interested in webhooks but it doesn’t seem like Twitter supports them.
