I want to move the app I created in one account to another

I created an app in my “A” account few years ago. The tweets sent from my application are sent to my “A” account. I want them to be sent to my “B” account, but I cannot create an app on my “B” account now. So I thought it might be a solution to move the app I created in my “A” account to my “B” account. Can I do that or do you have any other solutions?
